About me...

I have always been a “therapist type” before I ever went back to school to get the Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and my state license. In other words hearing others (not just listening), seeing into their struggles and offering insightful and useful support has always come naturally to me. It is my passion and my gift, for which I am very grateful every day. The majority of my clients would agree, given the feedback I’ve been given from them.

But much more than their feedback, I value the honor of encouraging and witnessing the powerful personal growth I’ve seen over and over again in my practice. I do not exaggerate in saying I am truly thrilled when I see clients experience what they came for, and often more than they could have imagined when they first began. Thank you to every one of you who grants me the sacred privilege of watching you seek and shine.
